Application

Please read  carefully:

Lease: Each renters signs a standard lease that is in compliance with Virginia law.  Rent is due by the first date of the rental with no grace period.  Rent that arrives after the due date is subject to a $100 late fee.  Rent includes an allowance for utilities, however we reserve the right to charge for excessive utility usage.  Each rental is subject to a $1,000 damage deposit (refundable) and a $100 cleaning fee.

We do not discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sex, familial status, handicap, disability, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable state or local laws.

Farm rules:

• No smoking anywhere on the farm.
• No pets.
• All guests that stay more than 7 days must be on application.

 Representations:

1. All the information provided is true.
2. Applicant understands that we will run a background check on the applicant and gather certain information which may include credit history, criminal history, and other information.
3. By submitting application applicant agrees to the fee terms below:

$50 application fee terms:

1. 1. Will be fully refunded if house is not available, or we determine the rental is otherwise unsuitable.
   2. Will not be refunded if applicant declines rental regardless of reason, or submits false information on the application, or declines to assist in running the background check.
